A friendly team working together for the benefit of the company is very important for any institution. To achieve this cohesion, various trainings are conducted.
On 19.07.2019, Ceylan LLC held an on-site training with the sales team. We chose one of the most popular topics "team building" for the training. The event was attended by 107 people, including representatives of the "Mars" company.
The main goal of this training was to make it clear to employees that we all work for the same goal and are members of one big family. Everything was held at the highest level, and all participants were satisfied.
